QArchiv documents every item with tamper-evident proof. Paired with TrueQ – a compatible but independent middleware – those photos can flow automatically into shop systems, cloud storage, or email.
Every step builds on the code you assign when scanning – no duplicate entry, no risk of mix-ups.
Scan the product's barcode or QR code – or assign your own code, e.g. E-BAY-001 or SHELF-042. That code becomes the unique ID for the entire workflow that follows.
Multiple images per item – main shot, close-ups, documented flaws. Time, location, and code are recorded automatically as EXIF data, with an optional macro mode for detail shots.
Depending on your setup, images are routed automatically to where you need them:
